Ocean Beach Surfer Jeff Phillips will also be sharing his story about making one bad decision -- towing into a wave using a 13-foot, underpowered boat. This heart-breaking, dramatic and unrecoverable situation in Baja will have you on the edge of your seat. Jeff is a Bay Area native who has lived in and surfed Ocean Beach for years prior to moving to Santa Barbara to pursue a career in environmental science. more
