2006 SURF SWAP MEET santa cruz  |  COMMERCIAL VENDORS:

 
Commercial vendors may pre-register below by 6pm, Friday, July 21, 2006, to avoid lines AND reserve booth space.  Plus, you can pre-market your merchandise online on our item preview pages

Commercial sellers should begin setup between 9am-10am.  Individual sellers begin setup at 10am.  Doors to the public open at 11am.
 
COMMERCIAL VENDORS GUIDELINES:
 
* Commercial sellers are businesses, sales reps & distributors, artists selling their work, etc.
* Phone reservations are also accepted at 415-990-1606 (monica) or 510-407-0038 (stef).
* For your 10x10 space, please bring tables, chairs, tents, signage, tape, fasteners, displays, etc.
* You or your staff must manage your own sales.
* PAYMENT: On event day, simply head to the pre-registration line to pay your fee for fast check-in.   
* Or, drop a check & this form off to Paradise Surf Shop. Make check payable to WildCard Group, Inc.

Registrations on day of event accepted, but please try to reserve in advance, due to space constraints.

AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS:
As a seller at this event, I/we hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless at my own cost, Zuna Surf/WildCard Group, Paradise Surf Shop, their related facilities, and all of their respective officers, employees, volunteers, and agents  from any all claims, demands, and losses and do assume full responsibility and risk, including damages to property, injury to persons, any government charges or fines, and attorney's fees, relating to or arising out of my/our participation in this event, however caused, and/or from the acts and/or omissions of this release. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall apply with respect to my/our participation and operations at Paradise Surf Shop’s parking lot, 3961 Portola Drive, Santa Cruz, CA
