2006 SURF SWAP MEET Pacifica | Guidelines + Registration

To pre-register online as a seller & to advertise items on our site, complete the form below by 6pm, Friday, August 26, 2006, to avoid lines and advertise your merchandise online in  our item preview pages. Payments will be collected at check-in.


Other ways to register:  Download the PDF form and fax it, drop it off at the Log Shop, or bring it to the event.  Day of event registration is accepted, but we recommend pre-registering for faster check-in.
SELLER GUIDELINES:
 
* INDIVIDUAL sellers: those persons selling their personally-owned items.
* Commercial sellers: businesses, sales reps, distributors, artists, shapers, etc. with items for resale.
* Individual Seller/Swapper Tips:
* Spaces are first come, first serve, and assigned upon check-in, which begins at 9:00am.
* To sell your items, please bring tables, chairs, tents/shade, signs, pre-made price tags.& tape
* For boards, please bring bungee cords & padding for securing boards to the fence & wind protection.
* For wetsuits & other gear, we suggest hangers or hooks.
* You must manage your own sales. We do not offer consignment sales.
* Arrive early.  Best merchandise tends to go early.
* Commercial Seller Tips:
* The 10x10 spaces pre-assigned. We provide space only. Check-in and setup begins at 8:30am.
* Please bring tables, chairs, tents/shade, signs/banners, fasteners, price tags, etc.
* You must manage your own sales. We do not offer consignment sales.

AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS:
As a seller at this event, I/we hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless at my own cost, Zuna Surf/WildCard Group, the Log Shop, their related facilities, and all of their respective officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any all claims, demands, and losses.  I/we do assume full responsibility and risk, including damages to property, injury to persons, any government charges or fines, and attorney's fees, relating to or arising out of my/our participation in this event, however caused, and/or from the acts and/or omissions of this release. The terms & conditions of this agreement shall apply with respect to my/our participation and operations at the Log Shop’s parking lot, 640 Crespi Drive, Pacifica.
